Set The Bar Eastside Lincoln has quickly become a staple in my life. I feel comfortable going and always know I will get a fantastic workout. Every muscle is used in every workout. The coaches are super supportive, friendly, and willing to help you get to your goals. The meal plans are fool proof and super easy to follow. I can’t believe the changes I saw in myself both physically and mentally in just 6 weeks.
